Project Overview

A complete transformation of a four-storey Victorian townhouse, combining period restoration with contemporary living. This ambitious project included structural alterations, a modern rear extension, and full interior refurbishment while preserving the property's heritage character.

The Challenge

The property had suffered from years of neglect with outdated systems, structural issues, and a fragmented layout that didn't suit modern family living. The clients wanted to restore original features while creating an open-plan ground floor.

Our Solution

We carefully removed non-original additions, restored period features including cornicing and fireplaces, and designed a stunning glass-walled extension. New mechanical systems were installed discreetly, and the entire property was rewired and replumbed.
