An impressive L-shaped dormer loft conversion creating a spacious master suite with en-suite bathroom, walk-in wardrobe, and home office area. This project maximised every inch of the available roof space in this desirable Hampstead property.
The Challenge
The family needed an additional bedroom and bathroom but wanted to stay in their beloved Hampstead home. The existing loft had limited headroom and required structural reinforcement.
Our Solution
We designed an L-shaped rear dormer to maximise floor area, reinforced the floor structure, and created a fully self-contained master suite with velux windows providing stunning views across London.
